Find dialog box

 

Use this dialog box to specify criteria for your searches.

 

Find what

Type in this box the text you want to find.

 

Match case

Check this box to find only text with uppercase and lowercase characters as specified in Find what.

 

Direction

These options allow you to specifies in which direction to search, starting from the current insertion point in the document.

 

Up

Select this option to search text from the insertion point to the top.

 

Down

Select this option to search text from the insertion point to the bottom.

 

Find next

Click this button to find the next instance of the text specified in Find what.

 

Cancel

Click this button to close the dialog box without saving any changes you have made.
