Print dialog box

 

Use this dialog box to specify how a document should be printed.

 

 

Printer

These options allow you to select a printer for the job.

 

Name

Select from this list one of the printers that are connected to your computer.

 

Properties

Click to set up options for the printer. The options available depend on the printer's features.

 

Print to File

Prints the document to a file instead of routing it directly to a printer. The document is saved with the printer formatting, such as font selection and color specifications, in a .prn file that can be printed on another printer.

 

Print Range

These options allow you to specify the pages you want to print.

 

All

Prints the entire document.        

 

Selection

Prints the currently selected text.        

 

Pages

Prints the range of pages you specify in the From and To boxes.        

 

Copies

These options allow you to specify the number of copies you want to print.

 

Number of Copies

Type in this box the number of copies you want to print.

 

Collate Copies

Check this box to print collated copies. Collated copies are printed in page number order, instead of page copies at a time.
