Print Setup dialog box

 

Use this dialog box to select a destination printer and its connection.

 

 

Printer

 

Name

Select from this list one of the printers that are connected to your computer.

 

Status

Shows status information about the selected printer.

 

Type

Shows information about the type of the selected printer.

 

Where

Shows information about the location of the selected printer.

 

Comment

Shows additional information about the selected printer.

 

Properties

Click to set up options for the printer. The options available depend on the printer features.

 

Paper

 

Size

Select from this list to specify the size of the paper, envelope, or other print media you want to use.

 

Source

Some printers offer multiple trays for different paper sources. Specify the tray here.

 

Orientation

These options allow you specify the document orientation along the printed pages.

 

Portrait

Select the option to specify that the document should be printed with its top along the short side of the paper.

 

Landscape

Select the option to specify that the document should be printed with its top along the long side of the paper.

 

Network

Click this button to connect to a shared network folder where you can find shared printers.
