Print Preview toolbar

 

The Print Preview toolbar allows you to see the document as it would appear printed.

 

Print

Click this button to displays the Print dialog box, which starts a print job.

 

Next Page

Click this button to preview the next printed page.

 

Prev Page

Click this button to preview the previous printed page.

 

One Page / Two Page

Click this button to preview one or two printed pages at a time.

 

Zoom In

Click this button to enlarge the printed page preview.

 

Zoom Out

Click this button to shrinks the printed page preview.

 

Close

Click this button to close the toolbar and return to the editing window.
