Chart Context dialog box

Use this dialog box to specify the context of data you want to chart, as follows:

 

1.Select either Series in Columns, if series in the currently selected range are organized in columns, or Series in Rows, if series in the currently selected range are organized in rows.

 

2.Select the context of the values from the Values Context list:

 

Automatic

Indicates Predictive Systems Lab to present you the full choice of chart types that can be mapped to the Input Range series.

 

Implicit

Indicates that the x-values for the chart are implicit, given by the order of the elements in the Input Range series.

 

Explicit

Indicates that the selected range includes series for all the required dimensional components.

 

Grid

Indicates that the Input Range represents a two-dimensional grid, where cell values correspond to z-values and their relative horizontal and vertical positions in the grid to the x- and y-coordinates, respectively.

 

3.Click OK to continue charting and close the dialog box, or click Cancel to cancel charting and close the dialog box.
