Numerical Color Coding dialog box

Use this dialog box to assign colors to numerical values, as follows:

 

1.Select a start color value from the Start Color box to correspond with the minimum value to code.
 
2.Select an end color value from the End Color box to correspond with the maximum value to code.
 
3.Select the number of levels desired between the Start Color and the End Color from the Color Levels box.
 
4.Select the order of generation for the color values from the Numerical Order box.
 
5.Click OK to accept the codes and close the dialog box, or click Cancel to reject the codes and close the dialog box.

 

NoteUnder some circumstances, it is not possible to cancel this process.

 

?Click this button to display Help on some element of this dialog box. The mouse pointer will change to an arrow and question mark. Then click somewhere in the dialog box, such as on a button or edit box. The Help topic will be shown for the item you clicked.

 

 

NoteYou should allow enough color space between the start color and the end color to accommodate the number of specified color levels and accentuate the visual contrast.
