Series Marks tab (Chart Settings dialog box)

 

 

Visible

Shows or hides chart series marks.

 

Format

 

Background

Displays the Choose Color dialog box to specify the background color for the series marks.

 

Transparent

Specifies that the series marks are transparent. This option overrides any background color setting.

 

Font

Displays the Choose Font dialog box to specify a font for the series marks text.

 

Border        

Displays the Border Properties dialog box to specify border settings for the mark rectangles.

 

Trimmed

Specifies that the series marks are cropped if they extend past the ends of the chart area rectangle.

 

Arrows

 

Border        

Displays the Border Properties dialog box to specify line settings for the marks.

 

Length        

Specifies the length for the series marks lines.

 

Style

 

Value

Specifies that the marks display the point value.

 

Percent

Specifies that the marks display the percent that the point value represents.

 

Label

Specifies that the marks display the associated point label.

 

Label and Percent

Specifies that the marks display the percent that the point value represents and the associated point label.

 

Label and Value

Specifies that the marks display the percent that the point value represents and the point value.

 

Legend

Specifies that the marks display the same information shown in the chart legend.

 

Total %

Specifies that the marks display the percent that the point value represents from the sum of the absolute values of all the series' points.

 

Label and Total %

Specifies that the marks display the associated point label and the percent that the point value represents from the sum of the absolute values of all series points.

 

X-Value

Specifies that the marks display the point x-value.
