Format Columns command (Format menu) |

Use this command to modify column level formatting on the current selection. This command displays the Format Styles dialog box to specify the document column formatting according to your preference.
 | This command is not available when nothing is selected, or the selection cannot be reduced to a determinate number of columns, such as when rows are selected. |
