Format Rows command (Format menu) |

Use this command to modify row level formatting on the current selection. This command displays the Format Styles dialog box to specify document row formatting according to your preference.
 | This command is not available when nothing is selected, or the selection cannot be reduced to a determinate number of rows, such as when columns are selected. |
