Use this dialog box to embed and visualize selected data in state space.
Input
Specifies the worksheet location of the input data for this operation.
Provides a reference to the extent of the data available in the currently active worksheet. Use this range as a guide for typing valid extents in the Input Range box.
Type in this box the range of cells containing the data you want to use as input for this command.
Check this box to indicate that the data specified by the Input Range box is organized in rows as opposed to columns (the default).
Refer to Specifying Input Arguments for additional information on this subject.
Options
Type in this box the number of dimensions you want for the embedding you want to visualize. You can visualize an embedding in up to 4-dimensions.
Refer to Point 4-D for additional information on 4-D charts.
For each delay between the specified number of dimensions in the Dimensions box you can specify a different delay in terms of an offset from the last dimensional component. To do so, select the delay number from this list and type an offset from the last dimensional component in the Offset From Last box.
Type in this box a delay from the previous dimensional component for the currently selected Delay Number.
Click this button to copy the offset of the currently selected Delay Number into the delay offsets of lower delay numbers. For example, if the currently Delay Number is Delay 3, the indicated Offset From Last will be copied into delays 2 and 1.
![]() | This feature is not available when the currently selected delay number is Delay 1. |
Click this button to copy the offset of the currently selected Delay Number into the delay offsets of higher delay numbers. For example, if the currently Delay Number is Delay 1, the indicated Offset From Last will be copied into delays 2 and subsequent.
![]() | This feature is not available when the currently selected delay number is the last available delay. |
Closes the dialog box and carries out this operation.
