Use this page to specify the format and delimiting characters for exporting ANSI files.
Check this box to specify you want to write a leading line with the labels of each field, or column.
Select from this list the number of digits you want to limit numerical fields in the export file.

Row Boundary
Select from this list the character, or sequence of characters, you want to use to delimit lines (rows) in the export file.
Select this option to specify the carriage return character, CR, as the line boundary character.
Select this option to specify the line feed character, LF, as the line boundary character.
Select this option to specify the carriage return character, CR, followed by the line feed character, LF, as the line boundary character sequence.
Select this option to specify some other character, or sequence of characters, not in this list, as the line boundary character.
Click this button to display the Boundary Specification dialog box to specify the character, or sequence of characters, you want to use for delimiting lines in the export file.
Select this option to specify that lines in the export file are to be delimited by a fixed number of characters. When you select this option, you have to type the number of characters for each field in the Fixed Length box of the Column Boundary section.

Column Boundary
Select from this list the character, or sequence of characters, you want to use to delimit line fields (columns) in the export file.
Select this option to specify the space as the field boundary character.
Select this option to specify the horizontal tab as the field boundary character.
This option is not available for exporting files.
Select this option to specify some other character, or sequence of characters, not in this list, as the field boundary character.
Click this button to display the Boundary Specification dialog box to specify the character, or sequence of characters, you want to use for delimiting line fields in the export file.
Select this option to specify that line fields in the export file are to be delimited by a fixed number of characters. When you select this option, you have to type the number of characters for each field in the box to the right of this option.
